Senior Tax Accountant

A CPA firm in Woodland Hills has an opening for a Senior Tax Accountant with a minimum of 5 years' experience.

Job requirements: 

- small CPA firm work experience is required - Must know Thomson Reuters Suite

-Minimum 5 years of tax work experience (corporations, partnerships, non-profits, trusts, individuals) 

- CPA preferred, but not required 

- Must be detail oriented, efficient and organized 

Key functions: 

- Preparation, review and filing of federal and state Income Tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and LLC's 

- Compilation and review of financial statements 

- Light Bookkeeping 

- Research and Analysis 

- Heavy Interaction with clients, IRS, and other agencies/officials, year-end tax projections 

- Other tax/accounting/bookkeeping related functions 

- Ad hoc projects 

This position can be part time or full time.
